DIY Transfer T Shirt to Seifuku/Cat Seifuku | Japanese School Uniform

Super highly request DIY. Do you want to wear it outfits to school? I remember I made a sailor moon inspired dress last year. This time you don’t need to make the bodice with lycra. You can just transfer a t-shirt. Also I made a cat ver seifuku. I'm in love with cats^^ If you are too, you could add ears on your seifuku too. ^^ This is optional. And did I make the ears too big?
