Under a full moon, a veiled traveler in layered ivory silk walks a wet stone causeway along a silent lake. Behind her follows an ancient kirin, ink-dark and scaled in bronze, its silver mane drifting like the mist on the water. A loose red cord joins them, never pulled tight. Mile after mile, through rain, ravine, mist and snow, they walk on together toward the first light of morning. Let it play while you meditate, read, study, work in deep focus, or wind down for sleep. For the best experience, keep the volume low to moderate. If you are listening as you fall asleep, a sleep timer on your device can be helpful.
