Absenot: The Empty Chair

Behind every camera lens is a unique perspective, and behind every scene is a team of young Larenians who poured their heart, hustle, and creativity into telling our stories. As we celebrate the success of The 1st Larena Magnus Awards & Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 Culmination, we are proud to officially launch the short film entries created by our local youth under the theme "Different Contexts, Shared Aspirations." Beyond competing for the title of Best Short Film, these projects showcased brilliant individual talent across all aspects of filmmaking—from directing and acting to cinematography, screenplay, editing, and technical production! 📌 ENTRY DETAILS • Title: Absenot: The Empty Chair • Delegation/School: Larena Youth Care Organization
