It is vintage. Created by Maneo Playing Cards (Nice, France) Successfully funded on 2026.05.09 [Vestige Tarot Deck] Th Creators, “This project did not begin with a pencil or a tablet. It began in an archive. We studied historical illustrations from the late 19th and early 20th centuries: political cartoons, satirical posters, magazine covers from publications such as Puck, Judge, Harper’s Weekly, and other historical sources. And we noticed something remarkable. These images — created more than a hundred years ago — already contained powerful Tarot archetypes within them. Power, temptation, judgement, triumph, deception, hope, destruction — all of it was already there, encoded in poses, gestures, composition, and symbolism. We did not draw this deck. We discovered it … It’s not vintage-style. It IS vintage. Most ‘retro’ Tarot decks imitate the look of old art. Ours uses the real thing. These are authentic illustrations from over 100 years ago, not imitations or modern redraws.” “It’s double-layered. Each card works on two levels: first as a dramatic historical scene that captures your attention, then as a Tarot archetype that deepens your reading. This dual reading gives the deck an intellectual richness that most illustrated decks lack.” “Full 78-card Tarot deck built entirely from authentic historical illustrations of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. These images were sourced from the public domain archives of the United States — primarily from Puck magazine, one of the most iconic satirical publications in American history, along with other historical periodicals.” “It’s public domain art, privately curated. All source images come from the public domain archives of the United States. They are free to use — but the curation, restoration, adaptation, and the intellectual framework connecting them to Tarot is entirely (their) original work.” “Source Selection - Images were sourced exclusively from U.S. public domain archives. Every illustration is legally free for public use.” “Manual Restoration: Selected images were painstakingly restored by hand — cleaned, enhanced, repaired, and adapted to card format. This is not a set of scans. Every card went through careful artistic restoration to bring archival prints to modern print quality.” “Composition Adaptation — Images were carefully cropped, reframed, and adapted to standard Tarot card proportions. In some cases, missing or damaged areas were reconstructed to create a complete composition.” [Oracle Vestige — A 36-CARD COMPANION SYSTEM] The Creators, “The structure is rooted in Lenormand logic: direct, situational, grounded, made for everyday questions about people, money, work, and what's actually happening in your life. But we didn't force vintage posters into Lenormand's traditional symbols. Instead, we let the artwork lead — and what emerged is a new system with its own card names and its own archetypes … The result is a deck that reads like Lenormand but speaks with its own voice. Combinations work the same way (card + card = situation), spreads work the same way, but every card carries the weight and atmosphere of a real historical scene — political theater, allegorical posters, satirical lithographs from the golden age of Puck.” Purchase: Vestige Tarot Cards Deck in Collector’s box + its Hardcover Guidebook + Vestige Oracle Cards Deck + their Digital PDF Guidebooks 78-card Tarot + 36-card Oracle Cards Deck Add-on: none for me I bought all the kickstarter projects with my own money 🤑 #unboxingchannel #flipthroughchannel #walkthroughchannel #asmrsound #asmrsounds #asmrvideo #asmrvideos #kickstartercampaign #kickstarterproject #kickstarterunboxing #kickstarterflipthrough #kickstartershowcase #tarotshowcase #oracleshowcase #showcase #kickstarter #superbacker #unboxing #unboxingvideo #flipthrough #flipthru #flipthroughvideo #tarotflipthrough #oracleflipthrough #lenormandflipthrough Support #kickstarterprojects #tarotdeck #marseilledeck #thothtarot #oracledeck #lenormanddeck #runedeck #angeldeck #ichingdeck #tarot #marseille #thothtarot #oraclecards #lenormand #kippercards #kipper #runes #rune #elderfuthark #pendulummagic #pendulumdowsing #gypsydeck #gypsycards #gypsycard Bought tons of #kickstartertarotcards #kickstarteroraclecards #kickstarterlenormand #kickstarterproducts #kickstarterdecks
