Top 10 Piper Halliwell Moments Part 1.

Ok so I decided to make a sorta tribute to Charmed's Piper Halliwell, played by the amazing Holly Marie Combs. The reason why I wanted to make this video was because I felt that she made the show worth watching for me, and I felt that she didn't really get enough credit for her great work.
