#시골브이로그 #텃밭가꾸기 #시골생활 봄바람이 살랑이는 시골정원에 엄나무순이 예쁘게 올라왔어요. 향긋한 엄나무순을 조심조심 수확해 맛있는 고추장 장아찌를 담갔답니다. 아삭한 식감을 살려 데친 뒤 정성껏 양념해 봄철 보약반찬을 만들었어요. 옥수수와 고구마, 수박, 참외, 오이까지 다양한 모종도 심어주었어요. 모종들이 가뭄 없이 잘 자라도록 페트병 물주기 방법도 활용했답니다. 텃밭 곳곳에는 상추와 고추, 가지가 싱그럽게 자라며 봄기운을 더해줘요. 예쁜 꽃들도 심으며 정원을 하나씩 화사하게 꾸며보았어요. 남은 엄나무순은 향긋한 나물무침으로 만들어 맛있게 즐겼답니다. 잘 자란 상추와 대파로 오랜만에 맛있는 제육볶음과 된장찌개도 끓였어요. 건강한 제철음식 드시며 행복한 봄날 보내세요. 감사합니다😊 Fresh shoots grew beautifully on the um tree in the countryside garden with the spring breeze. I carefully picked the fragrant shoots and made delicious red pepper paste pickles. I lightly boiled them to keep the crunchy texture and made a healthy spring side dish. I also planted many seedlings like corn, sweet potatoes, watermelon, melon, and cucumbers. I used buried plastic bottles to help the plants get enough water during dry weather. Lettuce, peppers, and eggplants are growing fresh and green all around the garden. I planted pretty flowers too, making the garden bright and colorful. The leftover um tree shoots were seasoned into a tasty vegetable side dish. With fresh lettuce and green onions, I cooked spicy stir-fried pork and soybean paste stew.
