It has an international airport (Techo) and a port. The city is also accessible to smaller seagoing vessels via the Mekong. Phnom Penh is the country's most important economic center. Dies sind zwei- oder dreirädrige, kleine Fahrzeuge zur Waren- oder Personenbeförderung. Wegen des Motorgeräusches der früher üblichen Zweitaktmotoren werden sie auch Tuk Tuk genannt.
