Ep 75 ~ Help Arrives Before the Gulf Crossing

With a Gulf crossing ahead, I’m picking up some help. Carol joins Rhapsody in Panama City as we continue east along Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway toward Carrabelle. It’s been two weeks since I left Mobile without Sam, and the sunshine feels a little unfair after all those freezing days we spent on the rivers together. But there’s company aboard again, and plenty to figure out. At White City, a free dock turns into a small project. We can tie up, but getting close enough to step off takes a dinghy, a couple of extra lines, and a little creativity. Later, Tim invites us over for a home cooked meal. Carol handles the beers.
