Quake Dimension of the Machine E3M2 on Nightmare

I actually played Episode 3 before Episode 2, but there's no practical difference resulting from it so I'm just going to leave the original order in place. --- No-commentary playthrough of Quake Dimension of the Machine on Nightmare difficulty. This is E3M2 - Hell or Dark Water. I haven't played this expansion before, but it seems to sort of share a level structure with Dawn of the Machine released recently. In Dawn of the Machine, however, you have to revisit levels after getting runes to find more runes hidden within the level, whereas in Dimension of the Machine you have to get the rune in the second level of each mini-episode in order to finish the level.
