This video is an updated version of one of my old videos. As I've received a lot of requests to add subtitles to it for international viewers, I decided to make a new version of it. I hope this will be helpful for you!
As I mentioned in this video, a suitable method can be different depending on other elements. For example, from my own experience, the simple overlapping method is more suitable when your stitches are shorter and the thread is thicker. For longer stitches such as Hitomezashi, a back stitch (the method I showed first) is more secure.
