We hope that you enjoy the tour and please let me know in the comments if you have any questions! #emptyhousetour #newconstructionhomebuild #newhomebuild #newhome #grandhomes #grandwhitestone #dallashomebuild We are sharing some tips on what to look for and make sure happens through the process as this is now our third new construction home build so we kind of know a few things just from going through this process all while still learning as we go through this one! A few answers to some commonly asked questions: We are building our forever home with Grand Homes. Our "floorplan" is called the Grand Whitestone but with that said we customized ours a lot which you will see and I explain a little bit about in this video. The base floor plan square footage ranges from 4,000 to 5,000 but with our additions and changes we are at approximately 6,000 square feet without the garage and covered patio. We are building in the city of Lucas, Texas and our lot size is 1.25 acres. We started this process in December of 2020 and are currently projected to be finished now APRIL of 2022.
