Ever since recording my Mace PvP iceberg, I've always wondered why no one uses wooden spears. After play-testing both versions and convincing some skilled Spear Mace players, I can confidently conclude that, as expected, wooden spears do indeed belong in the Spear Mace kit. Wooden spears make the already overpowered spear-swapping mechanic significantly less janky. Speaking of which, spear swapping also happens to be underutilized in Rocket Mace. Double binding makes many attribute swaps significantly easier. However, it's commonly rejected because it can potentially interfere with other aspects of gameplay. To demonstrate its viability, every clip in this video was recorded using a double bind on the mace.
