Nala Lai (Nullah Leh) Flood Simulation in ArcGIS Pro: Rawalpindi 3D Walkthrough

Nala Lai floods Rawalpindi again and again. Here's a 3D flood simulation in ArcGIS Pro showing which neighbourhoods go under with 200 mm of rainfall. I built this simulation for the stretch of Nala Lai (also spelled Nullah Leh) that runs from Katarian, where it enters Rawalpindi from Islamabad, to Murree Road. I walk through the datasets, the simulation setup, the results, and the 3D building overlay.
