What does it mean to "make your darks darker and lights lighter?" Or have you heard the advice to "add contrast" when looking for a way to keep pages from looking flat? What exactly does that mean? How can we make our pages pop? One way is the colors we choose, and another is by considering the values/contrast we use in our pages. In this video I'm going to show you what a histogram is, and why being able to envision one for your coloring page may help you decide how much light and dark to add for something more dynamic!
