Part 2: Halau Na Mamo O Pu'uanahulu Merrie Monarch Journey

It may have only been a 3 month journey to Merrie Monarch, but a lot of hard work, effort, and love was put into preparing for the festival. Part 1 shared the training, workshops, and gatherings at home on O'ahu. Now this video, Part 2, is of the halau flying to Hilo, on stage practices at Edith Kanaka'ole Stadium, going on a huaka'i (trip) around Hawai'i Island to visit the places our mele talks about, and prepping our costumes. Part 3 is to come... putting it all together and sharing our journey on "that stage".
