[ASMR]【玉米排骨湯】最常見的居家湯品！｜Corn Pork Rib Soup(English recipe) 家常湯料理又來拉 今天教的這道湯料理 保證簡單又是居家必備 教你如何把排骨煮得透又嫩！ 主要在前置備料 新手或者是不常下廚的人不用擔心！ 教你從備料一步一步帶你！ 快來跟我們做這道「玉米排骨湯」 - （今日份量：8人份） 🥣需要準備的材料🥣 👉紅蘿蔔 250克 👉玉米 400克 👉排骨 1000克 👉洋蔥 170克 👉香菜 15克 👉鹽巴 2小匙 👉胡椒 1(¼小匙) 👉薑 35克 👉香菇 120克 👉水 2000毫升 ⚠️簡單哥小提醒⚠️ 1大匙 = 1湯匙 = 15ml 1小匙 = 1茶匙 = 5ml 🥣備料🥣 ①將香菜切碎 ②將薑切成片 ③將洋蔥去頭切塊 ④將胡蘿蔔刨去皮，去頭尾切成塊狀 ⑤將香菇去根，並劃刀成花狀裝飾 ⑥將玉米剁成塊狀 ⑦冷水下排骨川燙，過程撈去浮沫，滾起兩分鐘後撈起用冷水洗去雜質 🥘開始簡單製作🥘 ①熱鍋下油，加入薑片、洋蔥拌炒 ②加入紅蘿蔔持續攪拌 ③加入水、排骨、玉米、香菇上蓋燜煮 ④滾後轉小火，繼續煮40分鐘 ⑤加上鹽巴、胡椒調味，灑上香菜即可 - 🌼English recipe🌼 （8 servings） 🥣Ingredients🥣 👉Carrot 250g 👉Corn 400g 👉Pork Rib 1000g 👉Onion 170g 👉Coriander 15g 👉Salt 2t 👉Pepper 1(¼t) 👉Ginger 35g 👉Mushroom 120g 👉Water 2000ml ⚠️Notice⚠️ 1T(bsp)=15ml 1t(sp)=5ml - 🥣Preparation🥣 ①Chop the coriander into small pieces ②Slice the ginger into thin pieces ③Cut the onions into big chunks ④Peel the carrot’s skin off and cut it into big chunks ⑤Remove the bottom of the mushroom, then carve the top of it as decoration ⑥Cut the corn into big chunks ⑦Put the ribs in the cold water and start to heating up, rinse out the blood on it and you can scoop out some floating foam on the top of the ribs while its boiling.
