Hiking Sauk Mountain Trail | Northern Washington

Sauk Mountain Trail in northern Washington state is one of my favorite hikes to date. This 2.1 mile trail switches back 25 times in the first 1.5 miles but is absolutely worth the effort. I have never seen more wildflowers and butterflies in my life. This gorgeous trail rewards you at the top with 360 degree views and a look at Mt, Baker. Hiking Sauk Mountain is one of the best hikes in Washington.
