Exploring Malaysia | Nilai to Kuantan | My journey to Timurbay Seafront Residence & Suites I like to kitesurf when I get the opportunity. Having watched the weather forecast for months there was suddenly a block of wind due. I prepped my gear, booked a place to stay, and headed off to the east coast to hopefully make the most of the infrequent wind in Malaysia. I left Nilai heading north into Kuala Lumpur before bearing east towards Kuantan. The journey took around 4 hours. Once past Kuala Lumpur the roads are much less busy. I got to Timurbay with time to walk the beach and explore my surroundings.
