Driving Monument Avenue in Richmond VA Split Screen Before and After Monument Removal

This drive includes two videos: one filmed 6/18/2020 when all the monuments were still intact, and one filmed 7/9/2020 when all the confederate monuments except Robert E. Lee have been removed. The Robert E. Lee monument is slated for removal but has been delayed due to lawsuits against the state of Virginia. The pedestals for the removed monuments are still there. The video begins at Horsepen Rd and Monument Ave, then heads east on Monument. It continues until Monument turns into Franklin Street, just after Stuart Circle.
