بودكاست نبض البيئة - الحلقة السادسة: العدالة البيئية وحكامة الأراضي والموارد الطبيعية في المغرب

يسرّ المعهد المغربي لتحليل السياسات أن يقدّم لكم الحلقة السادسة من سلسلة البودكاست "نبض البيئة"، بعنوان: "العدالة البيئية وحكامة الأراضي والموارد الطبيعية في المغرب". نستضيف في هذه الحلقة الأستاذة هند فتوحي، باحثة بالمعهد الوطني للتهيئة والتعمير، للحديث عن قضايا العدالة البيئية وحكامة الأراضي والموارد الطبيعية في المغرب، وتسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين تدبير الموارد وعلاقات القوة، والحق في الوصول إليها، والقواعد التي تحكم توزيعها واستغلالها. كما نتناول، من خلال أمثلة من وادي درعة، دور المجتمعات المحلية في مواجهة استنزاف الموارد الطبيعية، وأشكال التنظيم والمبادرات المحلية، إلى جانب التحديات التي تواجه الفئات الأكثر هشاشة في الولوج إلى الأراضي والموارد والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرار. تأتي هذه الحلقة في إطار مشروع "دراية"، الذي يسعى إلى سدّ الفجوة المعرفية حول العمل البيئي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، واستكشاف استراتيجيات ومرونة النشاط البيئي في ظل تحديات العدالة الاجتماعية والحكامة. تم إنجاز هذا العمل بدعم من مركز بحوث التنمية الدولية (IDRC) ومبادرة الإصلاح العربي (ARI). الآراء المعبر عنها في هذه الحلقة هي مسؤولية صاحبتها ولا تعكس بالضرورة آراء هذه الجهات أو المعهد المغربي لتحليل السياسات. #بودكاست_دراية #نبض_البيئة #العدالة_البيئية #حكامة_الأراضي #الموارد_الطبيعية #المغرب #مشروع_دراية The Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis is pleased to present Episode 6 of its podcast series “Environment Pulse,” titled: “Environmental Justice and the Governance of Land and Natural Resources in Morocco.” In this episode, we host Dr Hind Ftouhi a researcher at the National Institute for Urban and Regional Planning to discuss environmental justice and the governance of land and natural resources in Morocco, focusing on the relationship between resource management and power relations, access to resources, and the rules governing their distribution and use. Drawing on examples from the Draa Valley, the episode also explores the role of local communities in addressing natural resource depletion, forms of local collective action, and the challenges faced by more vulnerable groups in accessing land and resources and participating in decision-making. This episode is produced within the framework of the “DIRAIA” project, which aims to bridge the knowledge gap on environmental action in the Middle East and North Africa, and to explore the strategies and resilience of environmental activism in the face of social justice and governance challenges.
