Ballots, Burn Bans & Big-Time Appointments

Jay & Laney J LIVE | November 3, 2026 It's Election Day in Oklahoma, and Jay and Laney J are covering what's happening across McCurtain County! We break down the pros and cons of Oklahoma's two state questions, discuss the county commissioners lifting the burn ban, and talk about more rain moving through Southeast Oklahoma. Hochatown City Manager Adam Vossen receives a state tourism board appointment, and we look at the hefty price tag for VIP tickets to Morgan Wallen's Sand in My Boots Festival. Plus, Americans are changing their holiday traditions, cold showers might mean fewer sick days, and gas prices are climbing. All that and plenty of laughs on today's Jay & Laney J LIVE! Listen live weekdays from 7–9 AM on Best Country 106.1 FM KKBI and the Southeast Oklahoma Radio app.
