I can't find other information on this piano concerto other than a concert advertisement in "London News". Apparently, it was performed in London on June 1846, with works by other composers.
"The Philharmonic rehearsal this morning at the Hanover Square Rooms is for the seventh Concert on Monday night, at which Madame Dulcken will perform Parish Alvars’ manuscript Pianoforte Concerto, and M. Vieuxtemps a Violin Concerto, Beethoven’s Symphony in D, Onslow’s in C, Weber’s overture to the Ruler of the Spirits,” and a new overture by Spohr will be performed."
There is only one piano concerto composed by Parish-Alvars, so this is referring to the op.90. The word "manuscript" here refers to the score or parts prepared by the composer for the performance, but only the string parts are located at the time this project begun. There is a full score located later, but too expensive to acquire.
There are several sections I have inserted notes not available in both reduction and parts, according to "musical common sense", the repeating motif, where it stopped abruptly in the score.
