Guided Meditation on Expanding Love from Paramahansa Yogananda

Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Govindananda leads a guided meditation on “Expanding Love” from Paramahansa Yogananda’s book Metaphysical Meditations. In that book, Paramahansa Yogananda gives this simple but powerful instruction before the meditation begins: “Meditate, dwell on, and feel this.” As Brother Govindananda leads this guided experience, he stops every so often to invite participants to remember and experience deeply Yogananda’s injunction: to meditate, dwell on, and feel this — as they experience their love expand past normal boundaries and limitations to embrace wider and wider circles of humanity, and ultimately everything.
