SILAT Fitrah POWER Foundations 1 All the way from Birmingham, in the UK, Eddie Quinn studies Silat Fitrah with Guro Chris Parker and teaches The Approach Self Defence system. At the age of 18 he learned the hard way in a devastating knife attack that self defence is crucial both in a confrontation, staying fit and to build emotional stability. He has a deep understanding of the intricacies of self defense, based on his SIlat training, that every one can learn quickly and effectively.
