MAJIN 21 MODDER EXPOSED

A modder from the PS5 version of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 said he has a Majin 21 Modded CAC, so I battled him and this is what happened... Livion?! Majin 21 from Dragon Ball FighterZ is a character I'm surprised isn't already in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 given how popular of a character she is as well as given Android 21 has been in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for years. Maybe DLC 17 onwards or the next gen version of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will finally add Majin 21 as a playable character. Who else would you like to see added in future Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC Updates?
