We Did DisneySea in ONE Day | Rides That Our Kids Enjoyed (Tokyo Disney)

Can you really enjoy Tokyo DisneySea in just one day? Short answer: yes… but be ready for long walks, longer lines, and a lot of patience. This was our back-to-back Disney day, tired bodies, but still showing up to experience one of the most beautiful Disney parks in the world. The cold weather, the crowds, and the hours of lining up tested us, but the memories made it all worth it. Tokyo DisneySea is HUGE. When people say you need 2–3 days to fully enjoy it, we now understand why. There’s just too much to explore in a single day, especially when you’re traveling with kids. One of our rides that the kids loved was Soaring: Fantastic Flight, and it did not disappoint. Just be ready for the wait. Lines here can easily take hours, so planning your rides ahead of time is key. We also tried 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, which had a shorter queue, perfect for a quick break from the long lines. But the real highlight of our trip was Journey to the Center of the Earth. More than the ride itself, this moment meant a lot to our family, Caley faced her fear of heights and pushed through. That alone made the entire trip unforgettable. Would we ride it again? Definitely. Would we line up another 2 hours? We have to move forward and try other rides. Quick tip: Tokyo Disneyland is great for younger kids and classic Disney rides. Tokyo DisneySea is for the bigger kids—more adventure, more thrill, more exploring.
