The Almighty - Live At 'Monsters Of Rock' (Castle Donington, 22nd August 1992) REMASTERED....kinda!!

Don't get TOO excited....I ain't remastered shit!!....but I have trimmed off the gnarly VHS edges, spruced up the logos, synced the official live audio, & give it a fruity dose of widescreen action. Watch it in 1080p HD and it don't look too shabby!!.... ....to celebrate a long-overdue return of the all loud, all wild, ALL FUCKIN' MIGHTY!!.... The Almighty - Live At 'Monsters Of Rock' (Castle Donington, 22nd August 1992) 00:00 - (Intro) 00:26 - "Free 'N' Easy" 02:01 - (Titties) 03:19 - (Mouthfuls of Unwashed Greasy Brown Piss-Hair) 04:32 - Vanessa Warwick - Interview 1 07:49 - "Wild & Wonderful" 08:12 - (Crowd Surf Fail) 13:18 - Vanessa Warwick - Interview 2 17:10 - "Sin Against The Light" ....I'm SOOOOO happy these guys are finally back on the road!! I first saw The Almighty in June '91 at the age of 14, and they instantly became MY band!!...."Blood Fire & LIVE" is probably one of my most played albums of all time, and I can honestly say I rate it as the BEST live hard-rock album of ALL TIME!!....and yes.....that list included "Made In Japan", "Live After Death", and "Tokyo Tapes".... ....I had the fortune & privilege to work Pit-Barrier Security at the Manchester gig in December, and despite only getting 1 glimpse of the band (....yeah, I had to have my back to them the whole show!! lol) I'd rate it as the best concert I've been to since ever. At a time when so many bands are playing well past their sell-by date, to see these guys back on stage looking great, sounding greater, and with an attitude & ferocity to equal their 3-decade old younger selves, "The Almighty" are well and truly back!!.... (....and don't feel too sorry for me missing the show....I was stood Centre-Pit at the bottom of Ricky's feet without ear-plugs, watching 2,600 of my crazy Almighty lovin' Brothers & Sisters going completely fucking mental for 90 minutes....It was an honor & pleasure keeping you all hydrated & safe, and for sure one of the best nights of my life!!....)
