Healthy Recipe Bowls (Acai, Pho, Burrito Bowl, Quinoa Salad)

Hey guys! I wanted to share some recipes I'm loving right now. I made these during this week, and decided to film and share. Hope you try and enjoy!! You can use either, and sometimes I swap) 1 Cup Frozen Bananas 1/2 Cup Plain Coconut Milk Yogurt 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk 1 Tbsp Acai Powder Quinoa Salad 1/2 Cup Quinoa 3 Handfuls Arugula 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomaotes 1/2 Cup Sliced Cucumber 1/2 Sliced Avocado pinch of parsley 2 Tbsp Hummus 1/2 Lemon EVOO, salt & pepper to taste.
