Yamaha S80 Pulse Potentiometer (Rotary Encoder Switch) Fix / Repair

My Yamaha S80 had some minor problems with the Pulse Potentiometers (Rotary Encoder Switch), the Page and Data knob, which you need to set the parameters of a sound. So when turned the Page or Data knob one step it skipped sometimes 2 or more pages at the time, while it has to do one step at the time. I opened the case and removed the circuitboard with the potentiometers. fortunately the Page and Data potentiometers were easy to open and I discovered that there was a lot of grease on the contact plates, which caused this problem.
