Duration: 09:39 #KothimbirVadiRecipe #KothimbirVadi #CookingVlog Recipe: Kothimbir Vadi Ingredients: 1- finely Chopped Coriander 300 gm 2- Chilli-garlic-cumin seeds and solt pest 2 Tspoon 3- Turmeric 1/2 Tspoon 4- White Sesame Seeds(तील) 1Tspoon 5- Gram Flour(बेसन)-200 gm 6- 1/2 Cup Water Method: 1- Mix all the spices and gram flour in finely chopped coriander and make a dough like chapati dough with useing 1/2 cup water. 2- Make a medium size 4/5 rolls. 3- Steam all kothimbir vadi in steamer for 20 minutes on midium flame. 4- After 20 minutes let them cool down and then cut the vadi in small round shapes. 5- You can shallow fry/deep fry kothimbir Vadi.. while frying sprinkle a little bit of salt and chili powder and white sesame seeds on the kothimbir Vadi.
