Aberglasney Gardens In Spring Part 2

Aberglasney Estate dates back to medieval times and has had many owners including a Bishop and a lawyer. It remained a home until the 1900's when it was used by the army during World War II, then eventually sold and the estate split after the death of the owner. It was abandoned and became derelict until the 1990's when it was rescued and restored with money donated by a wealthy American gentleman. The restoration of the gardens was featured in a popular TV series and today it remains a wonderful place to visit.
