A/Prof Jayashree Arcot from the School of Chemical Engineering, UNSW, together with Prof Johannes Le Coutre and Dr Sophia Lin, break down some of the key challenges behind the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 2. SDG2 aims to "End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture".
