Impossible SWEDEN: The Country Burying Nuclear Waste for 100,000 Years | Travel Documentary
Impossible Sweden is a travel documentary about two versions of the same
country. One is the peaceful postcard you already know — red wooden houses,
pine forests, mirror-like lakes. The other is a nation where the ground is
swallowing an entire city.
An Arctic town sinking into a mile-deep void created by its own prosperity.
A 672-ton wooden church crawling across the tundra on 224 wheels. Underground
vaults built to seal away nuclear waste for the next 100,000 years.
This is not the Sweden on the postcard. This is the Sweden that learned to
dance with its own destruction.
