The Oil Wants To Flow #LuckyLukeOutlaw

The Oil Wants To Flow By: Lucky Luke Lyrics: There was a widow with an empty house, And a debt she couldn’t pay, Her husband was gone, the bills rolled in, And trouble was on the way. She had one little jar of oil, That didn’t look like much, But the prophet said, “Go gather jars, And gather every one you touch.” She shut the door, she took that jar, And trusted what he said, She poured a little in a cup— And watched the oil spread. Let your faith go, The oil wants to flow, God’s got more than you can see, More than you could ever know. Bring an empty vessel, Set it down and let it go, Let your faith go— The oil wants to flow. She poured it in the first one, Then she filled another too, Her sons kept bringing empty jars, And there was more to do. She poured into the third one, Then the fourth and fifth and six, Every empty vessel Got a holy overflowin’ fix. “Bring me one more vessel! There’s still oil in the jar!” They searched the house from room to room, But they couldn’t find no more. Let your faith go, The oil wants to flow, God’s got more than you can see, More than you could ever know. Bring an empty vessel, Set it down and let it go, Let your faith go— The oil wants to flow. The oil didn’t quit flowing, The blessing didn’t end, Heaven didn’t close the door, And God didn’t change His plan. They simply ran out of vessels, There were no more jars around— The supply was still in Heaven, But there was nowhere left to pour it down. So bring your empty vessel, Bring your broken heart, Bring the place inside your soul Where you don’t know where to start. Don’t worry ‘bout the size of it, Don’t worry what you know— If you’ve got room for God, my friend, The oil wants to flow! Let your faith go, The oil wants to flow, God’s got more than you can see, More than you could ever know. Bring an empty vessel, Set it down and let it go, Let your faith go— The oil wants to flow. Let your faith go, Let that river roll, God can take an empty jar And fill an empty soul. Don’t hold back now, Don’t be afraid to let it go— Let your faith go, The oil wants to flow! Let your faith go! The oil wants to flow! Let your faith go! The oil wants to flow! If you’ve got another vessel, Set it down before the throne. The God who filled that widow’s house Can fill your house with more. Let your faith go… The oil wants to flow. #THEOILWANTSTOFLOW
