Can you AJ-BELIEVE this run?! The Great Birmingham Run 10K

It's only two weeks since the Manchester marathon but I'm at another big event, this time it is the AJ Bell Great Birmingham Run. Both the 10k and half marathon distances were on offer today and I am, thankfully, doing the former. The course was a lot hillier than I realised and my recent reduction in running was definitely evident in my fitness but I still managed a reasonable time. I met some great people including Tim (aka MARM) ‪@middleagedrunningman‬ and Andrew ‪@MidPackRunna‬ and I even got a few shoutouts myself!
