#minecraft Minecraft Fact of the Day 1000 / The 1000 Project This video has been planned for about 3 years. It serves as an improved version of MCFOTD 500 (don’t watch it, it’s awful XD). The idea of the number of possible unique Minecraft worlds has always intrigued me, I had the creative vision for the project back when I was 14/15 and since then the vision has evolved a huge amount. Early on I realised that I didn’t have a good enough PC or good enough skills to make it a reality. So, I settled for a smaller version in the form of MCFOTD 500. But I wanted to go bigger, I wrote a huge script but still didn’t have the means to create it to my desired quality. So as the days ticked closer to day 1000, I realised it wouldn’t be possible to fulfil the promises I had made, which was very stressful and it became a countdown to a deadline I knew I couldn’t meet, so I stopped. For over a year I hardly even thought about it. But I got a job, got some money, and finally got another PC, but I still lacked the skills to create my dream video. That’s when everything changed. I found a couple of videos by CraftyMasterman, “Breaking Minecraft's Longest Redstone Record” & “Breaking Minecraft's Impossible Redstone Record” These videos transformed my whole understanding of what a Minecraft video could be. I learned the skills to edit in that style, downloaded replay mod and some other useful tools. And so, I spent 7 months building, creating camera paths, recording, narrating and editing. And now it’s finally here. I hope you like it 😊 Important things to mention for the sake of transparency: Lots of the information in the video will be outdated as I did all my research nearly 3 years ago, which means the latest additions to the game aren’t included The information also does not refer to any specific version of Minecraft, instead just all information I could find for any version at all, which means the final number is likely wrong but on a similar scale The order in which I created the chapters are as follows: 2, 3, 4, 5, 1, 6. Weird I know lol. And I feel like I only really got the hang of it in Chapter 1 lol. Oh well, I had to release the video eventually One of my biggest inspirations:    / @craftymasterman   Copyright stuff I’m meant to put here: LEMMiNO - Cipher    • LEMMiNO - Cipher (BGM)   CC BY-SA 4.0 LEMMiNO - Triangular    • LEMMiNO - Cipher (BGM)   CC BY-SA 4.0 LEMMiNO - Firecracker    • LEMMiNO - Cipher (BGM)   CC BY-SA 4.0 Lots of new videos coming soon 🔥
