Blue Rocks vs BOTH Enel Builds: Holly & Reiju (OP17)

Blue Rocks vs Purple Enel, both builds in one video. Part 1: the Holly build, where every Ohm gets Double Attack. Part 2: the Reiju build, with four 6-cost Enel and a cost-9 Blocker. A close matchup: play it right and Rocks wins it. What you'll learn: • Why Kyo and Wang Zhi are the keep against Enel • Double Attack is one attack that deals 2 damage, so block it with a character • Why you end your turn on 6 cards or fewer (this list plays 3 Law) • Mamaragan, Enel's key card: it rests your 5000-or-less characters, and a battle K.O. gets past Kyo • Stussy checks base cost, so it still locks 6-cost Enel and Reiju • Make Reiju block first, then finish with There's No Authority Lists: Blue Rocks: OPDeckGuide list Enel (Holly): Xixo, 2nd place, OPE London Regionals (Oct 4, 2026) Enel (Reiju): fujio, 1st place, Flagship New to Blue Rocks?
