Ibab Bali is known for serving good crispy pork in Bali and they offer three different variations of pork which includes their fried pork, smoked pork as well as roasted pork. I tried all the three variations of pork served on top of a mountain of rice along with eggs, crispy pieces of pork fat paired with Ibab Bali’s signature Sambal Matah and a few other house-made sambals.
