Bittu Tabahi के हाथ-पैर में Infection, कैसे करेंगे सफाई? Bittu Tabahi river cleaning | Ajnar River

Bittu Tabahi, whose real name is Surendra Singh Choudhary, is a young environmental activist from Byavra in Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh who has gained nationwide attention for single-handedly cleaning polluted rivers, ponds and water bodies across India. Known for his before-and-after videos of transforming dirty water bodies filled with plastic waste, sludge and toxic garbage, Bittu recently suffered a severe skin infection while cleaning the Ajnar River. Prolonged contact with stagnant toxic water, rotting waste and harmful chemicals caused his skin to peel, develop red rashes, intense itching, allergy reactions and pain on his hands and feet despite using basic rubber gloves and gumboots. The selfless cleaner, who cannot even swim, began his mission on 26 January 2026 by removing tons of waste from the Ajnar River near a temple using his own money for equipment and later cleared 585 kg of trash from Delhi’s Yamuna River in just four and a half hours. His unique “1 Follower = 1 kg trash removed” campaign went viral, earning praise from The Ocean Cleanup founder Boyan Slat who offered him a job and recognition from Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. Through his latest video Bittu highlights the serious health risks of cleaning toxic water bodies without proper safety gear and urges people to develop civic sense so that public places and rivers stop becoming dumping grounds for garbage.
