Building Immersive 3D Digital Twins with AWS IoT TwinMaker | AWS Perth UG Meetup | July 23

Digital twins are a hot topic in the industry, but building a digital twin can be time consuming and complicated, requiring multiple skillsets. Join us for a live demonstration of how you can leverage AWS services to build rich 3D visualisations of your assets with little more than your mobile phone, and easily integrate sensors, video streams and other data sources to create easily consumable applications for your users to interpret operational data. Refreshments provided from 5.30pm with the presentation starting at 6pm. Our enduring thanks to sponsors Akkodis, CMD Solutions, JourneyOne, KZN and Versent. Greg Biegel Senior Cloud Architect with AWS. Greg has been lucky to work on some interesting and impactful projects over his career - if you have bought fresh food in Cape Town, used a cheque in Zimbabwe, bought an NBN service in Australia, sent a parcel by Australia Post, provided a specimen for cancer trials in Australia, booked an MoT test in the UK, or visited the National Gallery in London, you may have used some of the code he has written. He hopes it worked most of the time.
