Stop Trying to Earn God’s Love—Jesus Offers Freedom | Joby Martin

🔥 Are you exhausted from trying to be “good enough” for God? In this powerful message, Joby Martin walks through Matthew 12 and exposes the danger of legalism in Christianity—when man-made rules, religious performance, and self-righteousness replace a real relationship with Jesus Christ. Joby Martin reminds us that Jesus did not come to give us another impossible religious checklist. He came on a rescue mission. The grace of God does what human effort never can: it frees us from sin, shame, condemnation, and the exhausting pressure of trying to earn God’s approval. Through Jesus healing the man with the withered hand, Joby Martin shows us that Christ cares more about people than religious performance. Jesus calls us to stop hiding our brokenness, trust His Word, and discover the freedom in Jesus Christ that comes through obedience and faith. This Matthew 12 sermon also confronts one of the greatest spiritual dangers: cleaning up the outside of our lives while leaving our hearts empty. Christianity is not simply about becoming a better person. Joby Martin explains that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is about surrendering completely to Jesus and allowing Him to rule and reign in our hearts. You cannot earn salvation through good works. You cannot defeat sin and shame through willpower alone. The answer is to repent and believe in Jesus. Confess Jesus as Lord, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive the mercy and freedom only He can give. If religion has left you tired, ashamed, condemned, or constantly wondering whether you are good enough, this message from Joby Martin is for you. Jesus paid the full price. Stop trying to earn what Christ has already purchased for you. #JobyMartin #JesusChangesEverything #GraceOfGod #JesusChrist #ChristianSermon #Matthew12 #GospelOfJesusChrist #FreedomInChrist #FaithInJesus #ChristianMotivation
