I Was on Deoghar’s Inaugural Flight ✈️ | Delhi to Deoghar & Water-Cannon Salute | 30 July 2022

30th July 2022 — a journey to Deoghar that I will always remember. ✈️ Deoghar Airport had been inaugurated just a few weeks earlier, and on 30th July 2022, direct commercial flights from New Delhi to Deoghar began. I was fortunate to be aboard that very first flight. From boarding at Delhi Airport and the excitement of takeoff, to the announcement that we were approaching Deoghar, this was more than just an ordinary flight. The flight was also special because several notable guests were travelling with us, including Members of Parliament, film personalities and journalists. Then came the moment we had been waiting for — our arrival at Deoghar Airport. After landing, we were welcomed with a spectacular water-cannon salute. Watching the water cannons rise on both sides of our aircraft through the passenger window was an unforgettable experience. I later came across another video showing the same water-cannon salute from outside the aircraft, offering a completely different perspective of that memorable welcome. 🎥 Outside view of the water-cannon salute:    • Delhi To Deoghar Indigo First Flight Water...   From the aircraft to the airport terminal, and finally to a glimpse of Baba Baidyanath Mandir, this video captures my personal experience of that memorable inaugural journey. For me, this was not simply a flight from Delhi to Deoghar.
