Easily the stupidest CM we've had.
We knew XOguri is going to dominate coming in. With both 777 and U=ma2 being viable unique trigger, she practically has guaranteed speed carryover + accel, and that sets the baseline for this CM.
The first uma I built was the XOguri, and she hit some insane stats immediately. To test her out, I made 2 debuffers and sent them into rooms for testing.
What I found was that, there are 4 scenarios where my XOguri would lose.
1. If there's another better XOguri (This never happened in real CM)
2. If my XOguri runs too far in front (1/2), couldn't proc U=ma2, and fails wit check on other recovery.
3. If there are too many fronts in the lobby, and both preferred position ( require 5 or above) and U=ma2 can't proc.
4. If there is a very strong front(mainly seiun) that took rod, and has so much velocity that I just can't catch up.
My solution was to build my own Seiun. This addresses problem number 2 to a certain extent because my own Seiun is always gonna be strong enough to be in front. It addresses problem number 3 by beating up all the fronts in the lobby because my Seiun is gonna be better than all the other Seiuns in the lobby (because global players don't know how to make fronts), and it addresses problem number 4 by... just taking rod myself, denying other players from getting rod.
Then... I proceed to spend 2 weeks trying to get my own Seiun. No luck. All of them sucked. It was burning me out so hard, so I ended up just picking up one with good mid race and called it the day.
I ended up with 75% win rate on XOguri and 18% win rate on Seiun. 75/80. Pretty happy with this CM.
CM13 is gonna be Oshi gaming. Will my nice nature take the crown? we shall see....
