Come spend a week with me trying to get back to moving again. I'm doing it for my health this time. As someone experiencing what its like to be plus sized for the first time in my life I can safely say that its not the end of the world. Growing up in the 2000's with unhealthy unrealistic body standards for women not much has changed on the internet landscape. I'm not promoting body shaming or toxic beauty standards. This is just my own personal experience being a larger person! I'll be going back to weight lifting after I get my cardio up first. Baby steps.
