Yellow Banks - Olympic National Park - April 21-22, 2021

An 11 mile out-and-back overnight hike in Olympic National Park from the Ozette Trailhead to Yellow Banks on the Pacific Coast. The hike traverses cedar plank boardwalks the first 3 miles to Sand Point, then arrival at the ocean beach. Travel another 2 miles south over smooth sand before a short section over slippery cobbles, a scramble over bedrock and passage through a small tunnel at the headlands on the north end of the Yellow Banks beach.
