UK Sea Fishing | Preston Beach Weymouth | Thai Whiting Fishcakes Catch & Cook

Well the wind is howling for me again today, so I seek out the shelter offered at Preston Beach, Weymouth for a few short hours up to high water & into darkness. We have Thai fishcakes with mango chutney & fried rice on the menu today, how will they turn out? Not the fishiest session ever, but it gave me my fix for the week & I hope you enjoy.
