WoW Forever Hid a Zone That's NOT on the Map

Behind Razorfen Downs, past a trail of wooden planks on the Thousand Needles cliffs, WoW Forever has a whole hidden area that isn't on the world map: hot springs, a green valley, and a massive burned-out tree full of dragon bones, surrounded by scalding pits. Launch is November 4, so some of this could change (or get locked off) before release. HOW TO GET THERE 1. Thousand Needles 42, 34: the cliffs near Razorfen Downs (just south of the A Host of Evil quest giver in the Southern Barrens). Head to the cliff edge and you'll find wooden planks. Follow them along the ridge. 2. Thousand Needles 64, 44: a steep hidden path behind a pillar takes you up onto the cliffs above the Shimmering Flats. 3. Keep heading east: the hot springs (you can fish them) are the Scalding Ridge. North of that is the green valley and the burning dragon tree, right behind Razorfen Downs. None of it shows on the world map, but the minimap draws all of it. 4. The back way in: Dustwallow Marsh 66, 68, south of Theramore Isle. It's not marked on the map either. Shortcut: fly to Freewind Post, run along the ridge to the Scalding Ridge, and drop down with Slow Fall (mage) or Levitate (priest). THE RESEARCH I PROMISED In the video I call it the "Hall of Terrors" and the "Hall of Makers". It's actually Shaper's Terrace: the new level 58-60 Titan dungeon in the hills above Un'Goro Crater that Blizzard announced at BlizzCon. Expect Titan machinery, power crystals and dinosaurs. Previews show dual portals inside, which could mean a raid later. HOW TO GET TO SHAPER'S TERRACE (route from 720 Zone's preview) 1. Start at Marshal's Refuge in northern Un'Goro Crater. 2. Head directly east toward the Northern Crystal Pylon. 3. From the pylon, a new mountain path climbs into the hills to a huge set of stone stairs. 4. At the top of the stairs: the dungeon meeting stone and the instance portal. Tip: a speed boost like Aspect of the Cheetah makes the climb a lot quicker. FISHING TEST (5 casts in the Scalding Ridge pools): 3x Raw Mithril Head Trout, 1x Raw Bristle Whisker Catfish. No secret ring... yet.
