Is Ryan Conwell About to STEAL Dru Smith’s Spot?

Dru Smith is expected to miss a couple of weeks with a right calf strain, and the timing could make the Miami Heat’s training camp competition a lot more interesting. With Smith sidelined, rookie Ryan Conwell has a real opportunity to make his case for rotation minutes. I break down what Smith’s injury means for Miami, whether he’ll be ready for the start of the season, why Conwell’s shooting fits so well next to Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bam Adebayo, and whether the rookie could actually pass Smith in Erik Spoelstra’s rotation. Could we have a real training camp battle on our hands? #nba #miamiheatnewstoday #ryanconwell
