2026 GO Bond with the Branigan Library, episode 1

As an advocate for quality of life improvements, the Las Cruces Green Chamber of Commerce has partnered with member Friends of the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library to bring you informational videos about the impact of the GO bond and how that will improve our precious library. Today, on this first installment of a 4 part series, LCGCC CEO/President Carrie Hamblen talks Lynda St. Clair, President of the Friends of the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library and Sarah Booth, Deputy Director/Quality of Life/Las Cruces Public Libraries Carrie, Lynda and Sarah talk about the role of the Friends of the Library, the services and programs provided, and how the GO bond will improve the overall experience at the Library. Las Cruces voters will consider a $26 million General Obligation (GO) bond on the November 2026 ballot to fund the renovation and expansion of the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library.
