I Tried Cheap vs Branded Food... I Wasn't Expecting This

I'm putting supermarket food to the test to see if I've been overspending on big brands for years or if even they taste similar... We all have our go-to items, but I wanted to find out if the price tag actually matches the quality. I sat down for seven blind taste tests to compare budget options against the well-known names. It is easy to get comfortable buying the same branded products every week, but I needed to know if there is a real difference in flavour or if it is just clever marketing. Throughout this cheap vs expensive experiment, I looked at everything from crisps to everyday staples to see which ones hold up and which ones definitely do not. The results were surprising, and it has definitely changed how I fill my basket.
